​Defendo Self Defence: $100 Monthly fee, class 1.5 hrs (fee includes access to Combat Fitness that starts Winter)

Show up in comfortable fitness clothes & clean indoor shoes. Bring water and gloves (Boxing or MMA preferably MMA) we have extra if you do not have any.
